Herbert Röblreiter reviews code in an AI-assisted development interface.
AI & automation

Use AI effectively.
Integrate it appropriately.

Prepare scripts faster, ease the support workload and find knowledge more easily: DAXS integrates suitable AI tools into your existing IT — with clear access rights and personal responsibility.

Start with the task

Where can AI help in everyday work?

We start with what takes time today. Together, we assess the benefits, data access and effort involved — from a small utility to assistance within existing applications.

Development & automation

Draft scripts, interfaces and small tools faster. AI can help with data conversion, troubleshooting, documentation or an initial prototype. DAXS reviews the code, tests its functionality and integrates the solution into your environment.

Connect systems sensibly

Support & tickets

Summarise requests, classify topics and prepare draft replies using approved documentation. This supports handling; technical answers and changes to customer systems remain subject to agreed checks and approvals.

Plan for ongoing support

Telephony & communications

Direct callers to the right department or structure information for a ticket. Recordings, transcription and call summaries are considered only after a separate assessment of legal and organisational requirements and the necessary information notices.

Design communication paths

Applications & knowledge

Find approved documents more easily, prepare information and reduce repetitive data entry. An assistant can complement existing software. The sources it may use depend on each user's access rights.

Develop collaboration further

From our own practice: DAXS uses generative AI, including ChatGPT, as a supporting tool for technical tasks. We choose the provider and operating model to suit each project. The use cases shown are discussed and assessed individually.

From draft to operations

Prepare faster.
Finish carefully.

For small functions, scripts and interfaces, AI can substantially shorten the path to an initial useful draft. Whether that becomes a dependable solution depends on technical review, appropriate testing and integration.

Five steps: understand the task, choose a tool, prepare a draft, review it professionally and integrate it after testing.
A draft becomes a usable solution through review, testing and approval.
Operations are part of the plan from the start.

We agree responsibilities, document the solution and consider error handling, ongoing costs and later adjustments. A manageable pilot shows whether the approach works in everyday use.

A possible use case in support

Well prepared.
Personally reviewed.

An assistant can structure a request and draw on approved solution information to prepare a draft reply. The responsible person checks its content and the next step. Helpful preparation becomes a traceable handling process.

A ticket and approved knowledge inform a draft reply. A person reviews it and approves the response or further action.
An example workflow. The selected assistant, data sources and permitted actions are agreed for your system.
The right solution matters

Not every task needs AI.

We compare existing possibilities before introducing another system. Often, a combination provides the best solution.

01

Built-in feature

When your software already handles the required process reliably.

02

Script

When rules are clear and the same steps recur regularly.

03

Interface

When data needs to flow between existing applications in a controlled way.

04

AI assistance

When language, text or unstructured information needs to be prepared.

After clarifying the task and approving data use, a suitable tool is selected — for example OpenAI, Google Gemini or Microsoft Copilot — and integrated appropriately.
OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot are examples of tools. Features and data usage depend on the product, contract and configuration. Trademarks and product marks belong to their respective owners.

Additional licences, maintenance, computing resources and dependencies inform the decision. A working process can also stay as it is.

Clear boundaries, useful results

Your data. Used with care.

An assistant needs access to the right information. Together, we define which data it may use, where it will be processed and who approves results or further actions.

Approved sources reach the selected tool through limited access. A responsible person reviews the result before it is passed to the target system.

Clarify before implementation

The important questions, clearly answered.

Which data may be used in the solution?

Together, we define the purpose and necessary data: public information, confidential documents and personal data need appropriate handling. Customer agreements and obligations to employees, patients or business partners are part of this assessment. Health data and other special categories require a separate legal assessment.

Cloud, a European service or local processing?

Technical suitability, protection requirements and cost effectiveness guide the choice. We consider retention and deletion periods, possible use for training, service providers involved and transfers to third countries. An EU server location alone does not answer these questions. Necessary data processing agreements are clarified with the responsible parties.

Which actions may the assistant initiate itself?

A suggestion differs from a change to a production system. Read access and executable actions are limited separately; technical interfaces receive only the necessary permissions. For relevant actions, we agree approvals, traceable logs and controlled error handling. Confidential credentials do not belong in unrestricted inputs.

How do we account for the GDPR and EU AI Act?

Depending on the application and role, matters to clarify include the legal basis, information duties, transparency, AI literacy and, where necessary, a data protection impact assessment. The GDPR continues to apply alongside the AI Act. DAXS implements agreed technical and organisational requirements; legal assessments are carried out with your responsible legal advisers.

Do we need a fully defined AI project already?

A specific bottleneck is enough: which task takes time, which information is missing or which input keeps recurring? We clarify existing systems, technical possibilities and constraints. You can then decide whether a built-in feature, conventional automation or AI assistance makes sense.

One specific example is enough

Which process could become easier?

Show us a recurring task or an initial idea. Together, we will find the right next step — considering your existing IT and the people who work with it.

Simply explained

AI can help prepare text and information or draft small programs faster. DAXS works with you to assess where this makes sense for your business.

We select suitable tools and connect them to your existing IT. First, we establish which data may be used. Results are checked and important actions approved. Sometimes a script or a feature already available in your software is enough.
